  • No long-term lease required! We offer flexible booking options from hourly & half day options to customized packages. You can book as needed without being locked into a lengthy commitment.

  • Yes, you can book several rooms simultaneously to accommodate your practice needs. You can also plan ahead by securing bookings up to 3 months in advance.

  • Yes, when you purchase our mailing and address services, you can use our address as your medical business address for credentialing and marketing purposes. Many of our customers use this to set up their Google Business Profile, advertise on their website, list with banks, and handle other business needs.

  • Yes! Residen offers a shared waiting area where patients can wait comfortably after checking in at the kiosk upon arrival.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are only available with Residen packages at no additional cost. Without a package, all bookings are final once confirmed.

Residen Account Portal FAQs

  • Once you've created your Residen account, log into your customer portal to view real-time availability across both locations. Select your preferred room type, date, and time, then confirm your booking. You can reserve space up to 3 months in advance or book last-minute based on availability.

  • If during your booking you realize you need extra time, you can navigate to 'Shop' and then 'Slot Extension' to add additional time as needed.

  • Navigate to the 'Patients' section to add your patient's information and schedule them during your booked time slot. They'll automatically receive a confirmation text with the appointment date, time, location, and their unique access code for the waiting room.

  • If a patient walks in they'll check in by entering their first name, last name, phone number, and the name of the practitioner they're here to see. Once checked in, they'll be granted access to the waiting area. You'll automatically receive a notification via text message, media screen, and your schedule indicating that a walk-in patient has arrived.

  • When you add a patient to your schedule through the 'Patients' section, they automatically receive a confirmation text with appointment details and their unique waiting room access code. When they check in, you'll receive a notification via text message and on the TV screen in your room. Walk-in patients also trigger notifications once they complete check-in at the kiosk.

  • You can add staff under the 'Staff' section in your Residen account. This will give your staff their own access code, allowing them to come and go throughout the booking.

  • You can purchase add-ons when booking your room by scrolling down to the Add-Ons section and selecting the items you need. If you'd like to add something last minute, you can also visit the Shop to purchase any available add-ons at any time

  • No, room access is only available during your confirmed booking time. If you need to arrive early, we recommend contacting us or booking an additional hour.
